Isola Bella and Isola Bella Estates
Isola Bella and Isola Bella Estates share an Ansca Homes connection and Lake Worth-area mailing addresses, but they need separate purchase comparisons. Management describes 340 single-family homes in Isola Bella; the Estates association identifies 209 residences. Isola Bella offers a recreation-centered setting around its Via Luria clubhouse, while the Estates site describes Mediterranean-style one- and two-story homes, lakes, a preserve setting and its own clubhouse amenities. This combined guide keeps the homes, searches and association questions distinct so you can compare the actual property rather than assume the similar names mean identical ownership terms.

All-Ages & Luxury is a guide category, not a confirmation of unrestricted occupancy. Check the current declaration, amendments and approval requirements for the exact property.
Homes & active listings
Compare the address and layout before the community name.
For Isola Bella, begin with the single-family home’s actual room arrangement. The resale records reviewed include single-level and two-story layouts, so compare the main bedroom location, stairs, downstairs bathroom access and usable work space. Check whether an open living area still leaves a quiet place for calls, guests or a separate household routine.
For Isola Bella Estates, the association specifically describes one- and two-story Mediterranean-style homes. Larger-looking exterior elevations do not tell you whether the interior works better. Walk the route from the garage to the kitchen, measure the rooms you will furnish and compare outdoor living space with the amount of yard and equipment you intend to maintain.
In either community, a water outlook, preserve exposure, private pool and covered patio are property features to verify individually. Read the survey, drainage and access easements, prior architectural approvals and permit history. A view does not establish lake access, a permanent unobstructed outlook or permission for a new pool. No named-model catalog for either community was located on 55places; this guide does not invent a model roster or assign unverified model square footage.
Isola Bella’s searches use Villages of Windsor Plats 3 and 4. Estates’ searches use Plats 1 and 2. All include ZIP 33467. These legal-description searches avoid mixing nearby Villaggio inventory into the comparison, but alternate descriptions can omit homes. A zero-result phase is not evidence that the other phases have no listings. Ask Paul to reconcile the complete current inventory and exact parcel.
Amenities & everyday life
Two recreation settings, with separate access rules.
Isola Bella: the management page identifies pool and spa facilities, fitness, tennis including a hybrid pickleball court, basketball, a playground and clubhouse spaces. Confirm present condition, hours, guest policies and reservations with this association. Do not assume that a resident in Isola Bella Estates has access to these facilities.
Isola Bella Estates: its official site describes pools, fitness, basketball, a lakefront clubhouse and a children’s activity room. The separate 2018 Estates rulebook also addresses tennis and recreation use. Because that rulebook is dated, request the current facility inventory and operating rules, including whether particular courts or rooms remain available. A pickleball field in a listing is not treated here as written association confirmation of current Estates pickleball access.
For Isola Bella, picture the trip from the specific home to its clubhouse and the activities you would use each week. For Estates, compare the home’s outdoor privacy and lake or preserve exposure with the convenience of reaching its own recreation area. Visit both during your usual morning and evening routine. Neither community’s event calendar, guest privileges or facility access should be assumed to apply to the other.
Associations, costs & approvals
Keep each association’s obligations on its own checklist.
Start with the full legal association name: Isola Bella Homeowners’ Association, Inc. and Isola Bella Estates Homeowners Association, Inc. are distinct organizations. The Isola Bella management page notes a management transition, while the Estates website and corporate filing show different management information. Obtain current written contact and estoppel instructions before submitting documents or payment. Confirm whether the exact parcel has any additional master, drainage or other assessment obligations.
For Isola Bella, the published architectural application is revised February 2026 and requires written review of proposed exterior work, supporting plans and applicable permits. Its conditions also address irrigation and maintenance consequences of certain improvements. Ask for a property-specific written explanation before budgeting a fence, pool, roof, landscaping or patio project. This application does not govern Isola Bella Estates.
For Estates, the public document library contains the original declaration, amendments, 2018 rules and a January 2025 document about inspection and copying of official records. The 2025 document is not a replacement pet or leasing policy. The 2018 rules contain leasing limitations, pet provisions and architectural restrictions, but current applicability and subsequent amendments still require confirmation for the home. Do not use an older lease application as a current fee schedule.
For each community separately, current regular dues, assessments, reserve position, application and transfer charges, maintenance services, age and occupancy provisions, pet limits, leasing eligibility and any additional club or recreation obligation remain unverified for an exact purchase. Request the latest written package and estoppel. Listing fields alone do not establish unrestricted occupancy, optional membership, permission to lease or a particular pet’s eligibility.
Request the current declaration and amendments, adopted rules, budget, assessment notices, application and fee schedules, architectural standards and property-specific estoppel. Keep association charges separate from any recreation or club agreement.
Location, routes & public schools
Two Hypoluxo Road settings, different daily routes.
Isola Bella’s management page places its entrance off Hypoluxo Road in unincorporated Palm Beach County, with the clubhouse at 7215 Via Luria. Isola Bella Estates identifies its association address as 9796 Via Amati; its original builder’s location description places the community near Hypoluxo and Lyons Roads. Test each gate separately for trips toward State Road 7, the Turnpike, shopping, appointments and school. Use the parcel records to confirm jurisdiction and service providers. A Lake Worth mailing address does not establish that a home is inside the City of Lake Worth Beach.
Public elementary, middle and high schools
- Elementary: Isola Bella: Manatee Elementary. Estates: Coral Reef Elementary.
- Middle: Isola Bella: Christa McAuliffe Middle. Estates: Woodlands Middle.
- High: Isola Bella: Park Vista Community High. Estates: Dr. Joaquín García High.
The official district 2026-2027 attendance lookup returned these different assignments for 7428 Via Luria in Isola Bella and 7372 Moneta Street in Estates. These are address-specific checks, not a guarantee for every home. Confirm the exact intended address, school year and transportation eligibility with the district.

Build a relevant Isola Bella and Isola Bella Estates sale comparison.
An Isola Bella or Estates seller should identify the correct community and association clearly, then support the home’s price with relevant sales, an accurate floor plan and documented improvements. Keep private pool, lot exposure, roof condition and maintenance obligations visible in the comparison. Similar names are not a reason to blend the two communities into one undifferentiated price average.
Closed searches show sales from the past six months. Compare dates, condition, usable living area, lot and ownership obligations before treating a sale as a current comparable. These results do not imply Paul represented the transaction.

Buyer & seller questions
Isola Bella and Isola Bella Estates FAQs
Are Isola Bella and Isola Bella Estates the same association?
No. The official sources identify separate associations. This is one comparison guide with distinct home searches and ownership questions. A fee, approval, pet rule or amenity right for one is not applied to the other.
How many residences are in each community?
The Isola Bella management description identifies 340 single-family homes. The official Isola Bella Estates association site identifies 209 residences. These are separate totals, not one combined HOA count.
Which amenities are documented for each?
Isola Bella management lists pool and spa, fitness, tennis with a hybrid pickleball court, basketball, playground and clubhouse spaces. The Estates website separately lists pools, fitness, basketball, a lakefront clubhouse and children’s activity room. Its older rulebook also addresses tennis. Confirm present facilities and the exact home’s access with the relevant association.
What lifestyle difference should I compare?
Visit each home and its own recreation area. In Isola Bella, compare your route to its clubhouse and courts. In Estates, weigh the home’s lake or preserve setting against layout and outdoor upkeep. Shared naming does not establish shared activities or access.
Why are there four active and four closed-sale links?
The searches separate Isola Bella’s Villages of Windsor Plats 3 and 4 from Estates’ Plats 1 and 2, with ZIP 33467 as a location check. Broad Villages of Windsor searches can include other communities. Alternate or incomplete legal descriptions can still miss records, so ask Paul to reconcile the inventory.
Can I rent immediately or bring any pet?
Current exact-property terms remain unverified. The dated Estates rules contain restrictions, and Isola Bella has its own documents. Request the current declaration, amendments and written approval guidance for the proposed occupants, pet and lease before committing.
Does the All-Ages category establish unrestricted occupancy?
No. It is a browsing category. Current age, occupancy and association approval provisions require written property-specific confirmation for each community.
Do the two communities have the same schools?
The official 2026-2027 lookup returned different schools for the two checked addresses. Isola Bella’s 7428 Via Luria matched Manatee Elementary, Christa McAuliffe Middle and Park Vista Community High. Estates’ 7372 Moneta Street matched Coral Reef Elementary, Woodlands Middle and Dr. Joaquín García High. Recheck the exact intended property.
