Aberdeen currently offers Golf, Tennis, and Social memberships. As of August 2026, published joining fees are $100,000 for Golf, $93,000 for Tennis, and $90,500 for Social membership. The club states that $100 of equity is refunded on sale and joining fees are payable in full at closing.

Aberdeen also publishes an annual food-and-beverage minimum of $1,250 for a family membership and $625 for a single member. Annual dues are separate and should be verified directly with the club before purchasing.
