Published reference layouts were checked October 18, 2026. Three detached plans have no published square footage. Resale alterations, enclosed areas and measurements can differ; verify the particular home and approvals. A den is not automatically a permitted bedroom.
Choose the right ownership setting
A similar room count can mean a different daily routine.
For a garden or mid-rise residence, check the actual floor, stair or elevator access, distance from parking, shared roof and exterior responsibilities, insurance and reserves. Do not assume every building has the same arrangement.
For a detached home, compare the garage, outdoor space, roof and systems, then confirm which exterior maintenance remains the owner’s responsibility. Club membership and residential association costs need separate written review for every home type.
Floor-plan questions
Gleneagles floor-plan FAQs
How many floor plans are included?
17 published models across detached homes, garden residences and mid-rise residences. Individual resale homes can have alterations, so confirm the actual layout.
Does the floor plan determine my membership?
No. Confirm the exact membership category, current costs, transfer and approval requirements independently of the home’s model name.
Can I compare current homes with recent sales?
Yes. The community guide has separate active-home and closed-sale searches. Closed sales cover only the rolling last six months.
